Wherever possible, you will be asked to wait in your car and a staff member will come to collect your pet. You may either call us from your car when you arrive or knock on the door to let us know you’ve arrived. The exam and treatment plan will be performed then. It is best to call if you can, before you arrive so we may collect essential information and give you,as accurately as we can, wait times.
We however are a triage facility and can make no guarantees on wait times. Critical care is priority.
We will keep in contact with you by phone during your pet’s exam to determine the best course of action.
At check-out you may pay by phone and a staff member will bring your pet out with paperwork.
There may be limited exceptions to these rules but not many. Please be understanding and courteous during these trying times. We are all anxious and have YOU our STAFF and your FUR FAMILIES best interests at😻!
